Shipping policy

All items are sent out 1st Class recorded with Royal Mail. So parcels can be tracked and traced.

Any return or exchange items should be done so by 1st class recorded Royal Mail also.

Every effort is made to ensure that postage charges truly reflect the weight of items sent out, whether its the UK, Europe or the rest of the World.

All UK items are generally sent out at approx £5.00.

Europe £8.00

Rest of the world between £10-15.

All items are hand made and packed by Abby @Flingo and Swollop.

Orders usually go out within a few days of ordering but they may take up to 4 weeks to leave the studio depending on the time of year and existing order levels. Every effort is made to send parcels out as quickly as possible. if you have a special date in mind please get in touch before ordering to ensure that we can honour your request.
